How we work

How wework.

Chip Clash is an event production company in Havre-Saint-Pierre. We build and staff themed and co-op evenings for companies, associations and private hosts along the Côte-Nord, and we bring the floor, the kit and the crew to a venue you choose. We do not publish client names, award claims or event counts, because none of those would tell you anything you can check.

Seven steps, enquiry to teardown

01

Enquiry

You send the date, the venue, the guest number and anything already fixed. We reply within two working days, including when the answer is no.

02

Written offer

One page: programme, package, guest ceiling, programme hours, final price, payment split, and the travel line if the venue is beyond 150 km.

03

Signature and advance payment

The offer is signed and the 30 percent advance payment confirms the date. Until both are done, the date is not held for you.

04

Venue sheet

Your venue manager gets a one-page sheet: floor area, power, access, load-in window and the contact we need on site.

05

Running order

Two weeks ahead we write the order minute by minute against your menu timings, speeches and the hour your venue closes.

06

The evening

Crew load in, test, and run the programme hours. One named person on our side holds the order and is the only one your team has to find.

07

Teardown and close

We load out inside the window on the venue sheet, hand the room back, and send the balance invoice with the standings or results sheet.

What we hold to

Measurable packages

Every package lists dimensions, counts and hours. If a line cannot be counted or carried through a door, it does not belong in it.

One price, written down

The price on the site is the price on the offer. Travel beyond 150 km is the only line that can be added, and it is named before you sign.

Honest capacity

Guest ceilings are the number the kit and crew are built for. We would rather turn a date down than run a programme past its ceiling.

No invented credentials

We publish no client logos, testimonials, awards or event totals. You get a package, a price and a process you can check.

Who is on the floor

Floor manager

Holds the running order on the night, calls the count and is the single point of contact for your team.

Table and station hosts

Trained on the specific programme; they explain a game or a task in under two minutes and keep the pace.

Light and sound operators

Rig, test and run the lighting and audio from a cue sheet written for your running order.

Technician

Prepares and seals the free-play cabinets, loads the internal credits and stays on site while they are in use.

Load crew

Load in, build, strike and load out inside the window agreed on the venue sheet.

House rules.

Our casino-style evening is offline entertainment staged at your venue: tables, hosts, props and a standings board.

Chips and on-screen credits are props. They are issued free, cannot be bought or topped up, and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or valuable prizes.

There are no stakes, no cash winnings and no online casino. Entry is 18+.
