One priceper event.

Every programme in the catalogue carries a single final price for the whole event, tax included. It is not a per-guest rate and it is not a starting figure: the number you read is the number on the offer. Prices are the same across the country, and every price on this site is different from every other.

Payment: a 30 percent advance payment to confirm the date, the remaining 70 percent due no later than seven days after the event against an invoice. Programme hours never include setup or teardown.

What happens after you send the form

We read the date, the venue and the guest number, and check the crew and the kit against that date.

You get a written offer with the programme, the final price, the payment split and the travel line if there is one.

If the date is not free we say so in the same reply and name the nearest dates that are.

The date is held only once the offer is signed and the 30 percent advance payment has reached us. An enquiry is not a booking.

Questions

Is the price per guest?

No. Each figure is the final price for the whole event with tax included, and it is never multiplied by the number of guests. A format priced at its listed figure costs that whether forty people come or its full ceiling.

Do we pay less with a smaller group?

No. The price covers equipment, crew, setup and teardown, and those do not shrink with the headcount. It is also the same across the country: being outside a large centre does not raise it and being inside one does not lower it.

What are the payment terms?

A 30 percent deposit confirms the date and the remaining 70 percent is due no later than seven days after the event, against an invoice. Both figures are written into the offer before you sign anything.

Does sending the form book the date?

No. An enquiry is not a booking. We reply with a written offer and the date is only held once the offer is signed and the deposit has been received.
