Dance Hall

A dance floor with a hall band set-up, a half-hour lesson at the start and a running order that keeps the floor busy without a host talking over it. The first thirty minutes teach two step patterns so that the floor fills by itself afterwards. Volume is held at a level where people at the side tables can still talk.

Plein Air Table

A daytime table outdoors: long boards under canopies, a shaded bar point and a six-hour running order that works with the light rather than against it. The layout is built for wind off the water, with weighted canopy bases and a written rain plan agreed two weeks ahead. Everything packs down to the same trailer it arrived in.

Lantern Supper

A seated supper for one hundred under two hundred hanging lanterns, with a four-course running order and two short speaking slots written into it. The lantern rig hangs from our own truss, so no ceiling fixings are needed in your venue. Light levels are set table by table before doors so nobody eats in the dark.

Gala Service

A full gala evening for two hundred: stage, lectern, award handovers, screen and a minute-by-minute running order held by one stage manager. Rehearsal for speakers runs in the two hours before doors and is included. The programme is built so that every award handover takes the same forty seconds on stage.
